Ethereal Cyanotypes

I was first introduced to the cyanotype process while studying my M.A in a workshop given by the artist Sian Hughes. I delivered my own workshop with Staff at the school that I work in and we were all enthralled by the magical qualities of the process. I started experimenting with the pebbles I had collected, their three dimensional quality casting shadows across the prepared paper. I added lines of water to indicate the route lines across each area of landscape.
