Mindful sensory walk

I am lucky to live in an area where there are many choices of routes to take for my daily walk with the dogs. I am always mindful of the spaces we go through and the rich visual elements that we experience with each walk, today I wanted to also be mindful of the noises that we experience. This video was the noise I was most aware of today, there is something soothing about the squelch of mud.
