Running The Offa's Dyke Path

In July this year I was fortunate enough to be part of a relay team made up from 'Spirit of Monmouth' running club members. Our aim was to follow the Offa's Dyke path, originally started 796 as a large earthwork barrier, it runs mostly down the border between England and Wales. We Starting in Prestatyn on a very wet morning our journey would take us through some breath taking countryside until we reached Chepstow 182 miles later.
