A second post regarding mindful walking. I have included a video of myself and the dogs walking across a very frosty field. The grass has developed an icy coating leaving each blade brittle and solid. The noise it makes as a walk across is remarkably loud.

I have been reading the poems of the C19 poet John Clare , he uses remarkable descriptions and often made up words to describe the little things that many people do not notice as they walk in nature.
